This 3-hour workshop is designed for congregational leaders (staff, board, council, session, elders, etc). The workshop will help individuals better know themselves, with an emphasis on utilizing each Type’s gifts and strengths in collaborative congregational ministry. Participants will receive a narrative-style assessment before our time together.
