Do you ever wonder what a visitor sees when they look for information about your congregation online? You know the WORDS they see, of course, but sometimes when we’ve worked on something for a long time, it can be hard to see it with fresh eyes. We know that most visitors today decide whether or not to visit a church after visiting their website and social media… are they experiencing what you hope they experience?

With this service, I will go to any website/social media you have, and make a report of my outsider’s view: What I noticed, what my first impressions are of your congregation, what it seems like your congregation is doing really well, what questions I as a potential visitor have, what information I couldn’t clearly find, etc. The report will include recommendations, including those that would be free and/or simple to change. This report will be both straight-forward and compassionate, to help church boards/councils/etc learn how to more clearly communicate who they are!

At checkout, you’ll be asked to fill out an online form, so I can better understand your context. If you would like more time to answer those questions, that’s fine; just copy them into an email and send it to revsaranavefisher (at) gmail (dot) com when you’re ready! Typical turnaround for this is about one week; let me know if you have a different timeline request.
